  • Pricing per 1hr session will vary according to location (i.e. online or park-based vs within a corporate gym environment).  

  • Discounts are offered for purchases of more than 10 sessions or if you would like multiple sessions per week.

This will include:

  • Assessment of all major joints to understand muscle imbalances and identify appropriate exercises for your programme.

  • Assessment of core function including core coordination, strength and rotational mobility to help me  develop a suitable programme for you.
